Jason Harrison is a registered patent attorney with a strong technical foundation in biomedical and electrical engineering. His practice covers a broad range of technologies, including medical devices, telecommunications, blockchain systems, software, and advanced sensor technologies.
Jason has extensive experience drafting and prosecuting U.S. and international patent applications for clients ranging from SBIR-funded startups to multinational technology companies. His work includes developing claim strategies, preparing responses to U.S. and foreign Office Actions, managing PCT filings, and advising clients on patent portfolio development and protection strategies.
He advises start-ups as well as small, medium and large businesses in all aspects of intellectual property law, including registration and perfection of intellectual property rights, freedom-to-operate analyses, patentability and validity opinions, licensing and technology transfer, and due diligence for transactions.
